Ms. Kerry Weichsel, P.E., is currently a Senior GHG and Carbon Consultant at Iconic Air. Since graduating from Penn State with degrees in both Chemical and Environmental System Engineering, she has had over a decade of experience working around the world in the oil & gas, utilities, and environmental consulting industries focusing on air quality and sustainability issues. In her current role at Iconic Air, Kerry is an implementation manager and key subject matter expert helping to guide the software company's development of its Emissions Intelligence solution which helps oil & gas and other high-emitting industries track their greenhouse gas emissions and journey towards net zero. Kerry is a licensed Professional Engineer in Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey.

Ana is an environmental, social, and governance (ESG) & decarbonization professional. For the past 13 years, Ana has been supporting clients reduce their exposure to ESG risks by helping them develop their ESG and decarbonization strategies. Her experience includes supporting clients in the development of ESG and sustainability reporting strategies, leading and conducting ESG benchmarking and materiality assessments, providing assurance over ESG data and reports in accordance with international sustainability standards as well as leading voluntary and regulatory greenhouse gas submissions for several sectors. Ana has advised a diverse mix of clients in Latin America, North America, and Europe.

Dr. Ramanan (Ram), a US Leadership Fulbright Fellow, is a well-recognized and respected authority in corporate sustainability and social responsibility with over five decades of executive experience at ExxonMobil, AECOM, ICF and Illinois Institute of Technology. He currently serves as the Chief Scientific Officer at Copperwire Inc. and a Board Member and Education Council Chair at Air & Waste Management International.
Fondly referred to as Dr. Ram, he has authored multiple books, presented and published scientific, technical, and management papers as well as thought leadership briefings worldwide. He has led and participated in many industry and social organizations to promote sustainability globally.

Data Integrity to beat Greenwashing
There is an imminent need to ‘operationalize’ trust in ESG data through improved data verifiability, traceability, auditability and ultimately data integrity to combat the allegations or skepticism of greenwashing. Improving collaboration and achieving data coverage across the value chain, combined with the ability to trace the data provenance all the way to the source with verifiable proofs, will instill conviction and trust in reported data across all stakeholders. The panel will discuss ESG Greenwashing, legal perspective, case studies and technology solutions to counter greenwashing!

Her passion is to remedy the adverse effects of climate change urgently. Ruth is guided by her faith, championing human rights incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion principles during all phases of deploying climate mitigation, adaptation, and resilience measures. Ruth earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law and holds chemical engineering degrees from Ohio State University and Howard University.
