The Trump Administration and EPA have taken or announced multiple actions as part of an overall effort to review and/or reconsider multiple rules and policies. For example, EPA has announced that it will reconsider at least thirty-one rules and has taken other actions to reduce the impact of regulations on the economy. The panel will provide a general overview of these actions, provide more specific insight into the several of these rules, and provide an overview of recent court rulings and cases.
