Navigating the Changing Landscape of the Federal Coal Combustion Residuals Rule

SERIES DESCRIPTION:

The US EPA promulgated standards for Coal Combustion Residuals for the first time on April 17, 2015.  Since that time there have been administrative challenges to the rule, a rule amendment, a court decision from the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, and now in 2019 a regulatory agenda that forecasts four major rulemakings.  In the midst of these changes, a 42-month self-implementing milestone schedule has created numerous challenges to the utility industry to demonstrate consistent application to standards nationally.  This webinar series will cover changes and amendments to the rule as well as highlight specific areas of risk and measures undertaken to mitigate that risk.
