CANCELLED Excellence Is In the Details: WMU Control Standards and the Importance of Recordkeeping

In Part 3 of this 4-part BWON Webinar Series, we will take a deep dive into control standards for the various waste management units encountered in a BWON program. We will discuss individual drain systems, storage tanks, oil-water separators, containers, surface impoundments, treatment devices, closed-vent systems, and flare-gas recovery. The webinar will also cover other nuanced topics like delay-of-repair, sour-water exemptions, carbon canisters, control device recordkeeping and reporting requirements, requirements from consent decrees (quarterly reporting, end-of-line sampling), typical BWON enhancement provisions, leak detection and repair (LDAR) and BWON overlaps, and control requirements for Transportation and Disposal Facilities (TSDFs).
