Leap Year and Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Chemical Data Reporting both occur every 4 years!  Reports must be submitted between June 1, 2020 and September 30, 2020.  The presenters will outline a step-by-step strategy for complying with Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) which addresses the complex reporting aspects unique to these quadrennial submittals.

Topics addressed will include:

•          How to determine reportable chemicals/substances;

•          What types of chemicals are exempt (or partially exempt) from reporting;

•          New requirements for the 2020 reports; and

•          Common questions that arise during preparation of the CDR.

Industry categories covered under CDR include chemical production and importation, petroleum refining, paper production, and the metals industry.
